Counter with reset

Hooks & State — Beginner React challenge.

Build a classic counter component. It exposes three actions — increment, decrement, and reset — and always renders the current count in an element with `data-testid="count"`.

Requirements

• Render the current count inside an element with data-testid="count".
• "Increment" button increases the count by 1.
• "Decrement" button decreases the count by 1.
• "Reset" button sets the count back to 0.

Constraints

• Use React state, no globals.
• Count is an integer, can go negative.
